2026年1月22日、パリにてYOKEはランウェイ形式で発表いたしました。
寺田典夫はYOKEというブランド名に「つなぐ」「絆」という思いを込めました。
YOKEでは、日常着とアートを「つなぐ」試みを続けています。
デザイナーは幼少期から絵を描き続け、造形への関心も深く、それらが現在のもの作りの根底につながっています。
寺田の作品は、シンプルに見えて奥深く、穏やかに見えて野心的ーその二面性が特徴です。
2026-27秋冬シーズンのインスピレーション源は、彫刻家であり画家のジャン・アルプ。彼が作品に込めたシュルレリスムの美学や制作プロセスを多面的に解釈し、心地良い日常着と掛け合わせています。
Fall/Winter 2026 Collection “BEYOND FORM”
On January 22, 2026, YOKE presented the collection in a runway show in Paris.
The brand name YOKE derives from the noun used in the process of tailoring, inspired by the piece of cloth that “connects” and “bonds”.
The designer, Norio Terada’s lifelong passion for painting and deep fascination with sculpture, cultivated since childhood, form the bedrock of his pursuit to “connect” art and daily wear.
His creations are defined by a unique duality : appearing simple yet possessing immense depth, and appearing serene while harboring a quiet ambition.
The Fall/Winter 2026-27 collection is inspired by the renowned sculptor and painter, Jean Arp. We have re-interpreted his surrealist aesthetics and creative processes, seemly blending them with comfortable everyday wear.
