YOKEが凱旋イベントを東京にて開催！
YOKE is hosting a homecoming event in Tokyo!
2026 A/W会期の前夜、FASHION PRIZE OF TOKYO 2026 受賞ブランド「 YOKE」が 凱旋イベントとしてランウェイショーを開催。
1月パリ・ファッションウィークで発表したメンズショーとリンクする形で、今回はウィメンズのみを発表しました。
ショーが幕をあけると、会場の壁面に設置された大きなスクリーンにパリでのメンズショーをサイドから捉えた映像が映し出され、まるで歩いているウィメンズモデルの影をリアルタイムで映し出しているかのようなYOKEらしいギミックの込められた演出で会場のムードが深まりました。
彫刻家のジャン・アルプのクリエイションから着想を得た今季。「BEYOND FORM」をテーマに、シュルレアリスムの影響を受けた彼の作品にインスパイアされた、ミニマルでありながらもどこか錯視を起こすようなシルエットを上質なテキスタイルで形づくりました。
On the eve of the 2026 A/W season, YOKE, the winner of the FASHION PRIZE OF TOKYO 2026, held a runway show as a celebratory event.
Contrary to the men’s show presented at Paris Fashion Week in January, this event featured exclusively women’s wear. As the show began, the footage switched to side-view shots of the men’s show in Paris.
As the female models walked the runway, it seemed as though their shadows were being projected in real time, a characteristic YOKE-style visual effect that deepened the atmosphere of the venue.
This season drew inspiration from the creations of sculptor Jean Arp. According to the theme “BEYOND FORM,” a minimalist yet subtly illusory silhouette was created using high-quality textiles, evoking the sculptor’s surrealist works.
